License (EULA)

1. Your license

When you buy a Momo key, [legal name of the business] (“we”) gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use Momo Companion (“the App”) on Macs that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. A key is for one person.

2. What you may not do

• Share, sell, rent, lend or publish your key or the App.
• Remove copyright notices, or bypass key checks, download limits or the one-time hatch.
• Copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the App, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Use the Momo character, looks or names to make your own products or merchandise.

3. Your creations

Images and clips you export from Momo Studio of your own Momo may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes, for example on social media. Commercial use needs our written permission.

4. Third-party services and software

Some features rely on software and services that we don't provide, such as macOS, Claude Code or Codex. Their own licenses and terms apply to them.

5. Ending the license

The license ends automatically if you materially break it, for example by sharing or reselling keys. When it ends, you must stop using and delete the App. A refund or chargeback of your purchase also ends the license.

6. Warranty and liability

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Beyond those, the App is provided as is, and the liability rules in our Terms of Service apply.

7. Law

Dutch law applies, as set out in the Terms of Service.
